Ownership

The Value Group is a listed company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and shares are publically traded. However to meet BEE requirements the Board is committed to finding a suitable BEE partner that will add value to the Group. There is continual evaluation and consideration of potential BEE partners.

Management Control

The Board continues to identify suitable candidates who will add value to the Board. The most recent appointment in support of the management criteria was Mr. M Padiyachy, who was appointed as an Executive Director on 6 July 2007.
