Bonded Warehousing
- Bonded Warehousing – We have extensive Bond Store facilities and offer Custom Clearing from our own or 3 rd party Bonded Warehouse facilities.
- We can assist clients with the running of their own bonded warehouses to ensure customs procedures are strictly adhered to.
It Capabilities
Our customs clearing system is windows based which allows us to produce reports in any format the client requires. We are also able to provide our clients with customs clearing information and costings in any electronic format. This information can be integrated into clients own computer system which would eliminate the client from re-capturing information..

We have done our own research in the industry and have found that in most cases where clients try to control their own supply chain including the customs clearing of their cargo they lose focus on their core business which is to buy and sell goods. The expertise in the logistics supply chain remains with the 3 rd party service providers like ourselves who can offer a full supply chain solution on door to door basis using our own vehicles and warehouses and are more familiar with the changing industry and regulations. When it comes to Customs Clearing expertise in this field is of prime importance and if not done correctly could cost the importer financially due to penalties that may be imposed for non conformance, storages for late clearances and more importantly loss of sales due to late receipt of stock. In most cases errors are not picked up by the company and they continue to lose money by paying unnecessary charges which in most cases are not identified or recoverable.
We as a Clearing agent are a member of the South African Association of Freight Forwarder (SAAFF) and receive notification of any pending or changes in the customs procedures, Shipping Line procedures and changes with regards the South African Ports. This gives us insight on how to proceed going forward in order to maximize the benefits which are being offered.
